Registration for the upcoming program year will take place during the months of July, August, and September. New families are asked to contact the faith formation office for additional information prior to registering.

Registration forms should be filled out completely and returned along with the appropriate fees to the Faith Formation Office as soon as possible.
Please Note: Checks should be made payable to St Mary Church.
