Birthright is an all volunteer crisis pregnancy center that gives girls and women the confidential and practical support they need to choose life for their unborn children.  While giving then tangible items needed for their babies, they also provide financial assistance for car seats and cribs, as well as referrals for parenting classes, advanced schooling, housing, and medical assistance.  While the office is located in Meriden, they counsel clients from Portland and are available six days a week and by appointment.  The Church of St. Mary has a collection for Birthright three times a year.
